The 'Box', '18 yard box' or 'penalty box', no matter what you call it, thats where the goals are scored. The aim of 'In the Box' is to improve a players efficiency when near the goal by focusing on execution and decision making when opportunities arise. Players will get loads of repetitions at striking the ball in unopposed and opposed game like situations. Each session will end with a game 'In The Box' to provide multiple opportunities to put the ball in the back of the net with both goals being close in proximity.

Each session is capped at 20 players to provide maximum opportunities and for each player to get more individual attention over the course of the 5 weeks. Intended for players playing at a competitive level.

*Younger players who don't yet have the physical ability to strike the ball in the air in a variety of fashions are discouraged from signing up right now. At the U9 age group especially, some may have that ability now and some may not. It will come with time and growth.*
